My products are manufactured with the greatest care and with the finest craftsmanship in my small workshop in Upper Styria. I attach great importance to traditional craftsmanship and quality in order to offer you unique and long-lasting products.

I source my raw materials exclusively from the European Union to ensure high quality standards and sustainable production. The leather that I use for my products comes exclusively from Italy. I work closely with partner tanneries that are REACH-compliant. This ensures that no substances that can be harmful to humans, animals and the environment are used during the tanning process. My approach guarantees that each product is not only of the highest quality, but also made responsibly.

Your pet's safety is my top priority. All materials for the dog products I produce are carefully selected and are of high and gentle quality. I check them for safety standards and explicitly ensure constant compliance with animal protection law.

Shipping time varies depending on production time and destination. Normally production time takes between 7 – 10 working days. The delivery time within Austria between 1 and 3 working days, within the EU between 2 and 5 working days.

International deliveries may take longer depending on the country and customs clearance. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your delivery.

No! Since the product you ordered is made and produced individually for your furry friend, you must pay close attention to the transmission of your data, such as texts and dimensions, because I cannot accept any liability for this and therefore cannot take back any custom-made products.
